Parking at Corporate Green is greatly influenced by our green initiatives that exist in our LEED certification.
Low energy emitting LED lighting will provide brilliant illumination throughout the parking areas.
Select parking spaces will be covered with a structure that will provide shade and prevent damage to vehicles by falling tree debris and rude bird fly-bys. Initial covered areas will be farthest from the building to promote walking and good health.
High occupancy vehicles (2 or more sharing the ride) will enjoy the benefit of our best parking spots.
Corporate Green is plugged into the future. Charging stations will accomodate 120v and 240v charging systems. Access is gained with a proximity key.
Whether escaping the elements, or escaping the office for a spell, our strategically placed gazebos will be a welcome respite. Paths will clearly define a smooth walk from the parking areas to the GenCore Building. All weather benches and ample lighting round out the features.
Corporate Green will implement water conservation initiatives in the parking areas and walkways using Gravel-Lok™ porous gravel. With its technologically advanced aggregate bonding system, Gravel-Lok provides a highly durable and aesthetically-appealing surface that captures airborne particles and replenishes water runoff.
