GenCore Building Indoor Air Quality
The GenCore Building One HVAC system will employ a mix of under floor air distribution and natural ventilation. The raised floor system used throughout the building will enable tenants and employees to control air flow and temperature through floor vents.
GenCore Building One will be a non-smoking facility.

Geothermal HVAC used for 20 percent of the building- Environmentally-friendly, zero-CFC refrigerants used throughout the building
